 We want you to love your ethereal décor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Return Windows & Conditions

 Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Due to the delicate nature of ritual smudge bundles and hand-poured candles, these specific items are final sale and cannot be returned. 

Return Shipping

 Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Refunds

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
