Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping charges for your order are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your delivery address and package weight.

Orders up to $99.99 feature standard calculated carrier shipping, with shipping rates starting at checkout. Orders of $100.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Damaged or Broken Items

  We take great care in packaging our artisan gemstones, celestial décor, and fragile goods. If your order arrives damaged or broken due to transit, please contact us immediately at admin@starlightandsoil.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged items and packaging so we can promptly issue a replacement or store credit.
